FAQ

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 10-20 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at support@befitpanda.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. You’ll also need proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please visit our return center at http://befitpanda.returnscenter.com or contact us at support@befitpanda.com. Please provide your name & order number, and we will be happy to assist. 

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. Please reach out to our customer service team at support@befitpanda.com

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in a incorrect address, kindly notify us via email at support@befitpanda.com. If the given address is wrong we can update the address within 24 hours or before it ships. Once the order has been shipped, no refund will be given with the incorrect submission.
